Navigator is subscription-based digital software. The Navigator application can be downloaded and evaluated before purchasing a subscription.
Subscriptions provide access to account services, software activation, downloadable map datasets, and updates.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase by contacting support@navi-gator.pl.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be granted when a technical issue prevents access to the purchased service and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.
Refunds are generally not provided after successful activation, dataset access, or substantial use of the service.
Closed beta access may be provided using a 100% discount promotional code. Since no payment is collected in that case, no refund is applicable.
